• Trump tries to order a McDonald’s hamburger in a taco shell.

• Sinator Scott orders a grilled cheese sandwich—white cheddar on white bread with a White Russian to drink.

• Bishop Pham says he has no appetite and will only have something to drink—tea with NO ICE.

But he encourages the other two to order their food well-charred.

Refugee to refugee. Here with the Pope, but out on the streets of San Diego with immigrants who are targets of ICE abuse and deportation.

Bishop Pham, I stand in humility in your presence. Thank you for being truly Christlike.

Instead of denying or trying to hide who you are, you take significant risks to stand with those from whom dignity and freedom have been iced out.
