Mike Johnson, Sneaker of the House and Renowned Theologian

Johnson doesn't even know his own field; he absolutely doesn't grasp theological concepts.

Regarding Mike Johnson's statement that Donald Trump's life is the “fruit of divine providence,” as with anything I’ve ever heard him utter that's supposed to be meaningful or astute or insightful theologically, is, instead, ignorant. Trump's life, characterized by lying and cheating and abuse of other human beings of all ages, is indescribably despicable.

There have hardly been any people in human history to compare, and this is how he will be remembered by historians. (MAGAts would remember him as ideal if they had historians.) Few people in US or world history have operated with his level of corruption and self-centeredness. Those who are in his league haven’t had a fraction as many enablers as Trump has.

The best plan theologically if one wishes to be credible is NEVER to associate any of them with God. They are in service to the demonic forces at work in the world.

Johnson’s use of the word “providence” indicates that God planned for Trump and Trump’s abject evil. That makes it worse! Some great god huh? (lower case “g” intentional)

Johnson’s theo-babble earns him a grade of S, much much lower than an F. A grade of S is reserved for assessments of God and their originators that are: Self-serving, Stupid, and Shitty.
