Krash Patel’s parents are immigrants, his father trying to save his and his family’s lives from brutal Idi Ami in Uganda.
F.B.Eye.
Krash Patel’s immigrant parents arrived in the US in 1970. They were running for their lives, trying to escape the brutality of Uganda’s Idi Amin. Krash would be born 10 years later on Long Island.
As his parents are immigrants, and in the eyes of ICE, he himself looks like he could be an immigrant according to what they have said, are any of the Patels safe from deportation, imprisonment, being disappeared?
Most people would think those who endured what this family did would be profoundly appreciative of the country that welcomed them, and the programs and laws that made it possible for them to stay and find a way to success. Only in the Republican way of thinking, and “thinking” is too generous a term, could someone who had experienced such grace and compassion have none of either in regard to others needing what the Patel family received compliments of the USA.
