True blue or out of the blue or...

I would just like to go on record as saying that there are many shades of blue, and not all of them reflect positively.

Example: Arsenic Blue, color hex #3b444b

Arsenic pretty much says it all right?

A cousin of Arsenic Blue is Senate Democrat Blue, no hex number yet, just hex period.
