I heard the clergy guy say in his read prayer (Reverend, write a truly pastoral prayer that matches the level of grief the people in the pews are feeling, bitch.): worthless words. And while he was at it he made God look like a callous schmuck too!

I am not as educated as you in any way, but my assumption is that he was speaking of the murderer when he mentioned evil, and perhaps he was hoping that their souls could be delivered from the evil that took their lives. That’s what I’m choosing to believe.
